Oligofruct Sosa - oligofructose - 100% natural dietary fibre
The basis of Oligofruit Sosa production is chicory root/chicory fibre, which has texturing properties and improves the taste of products. Oligofructose is a product of partial enzymatic hydrolysis of inulin. Oligofructose is highly soluble, but does not crystallise or precipitate. Oligofruit Sosa is similar to sugar in terms of its processing properties and taste and can therefore be partially or fully substituted in various recipes. However, its sweetness level is only one-third of that of sugar, so when fully substituting sugar, oligofructose is used in combination with intense sweeteners or fructose. It is suitable for diabetic nutrition because it has a very low glycaemic index. Oligofruit Sosa masks the unpleasant aftertaste, improves the organoleptic characteristics of dishes, bringing the taste of such products as close as possible to the taste of traditional sugar-based products.
Recommended dosage: 5-20%.
Special characteristics: Oligofruit Sosa is a texture agent of natural origin (does not contain artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, is GMO-free and palm oil-free). The texture agent is certified as a kosher product, suitable for vegan, vegetarian, halal dishes.
Storage conditions: store in a tightly closed container in a cool and dry place at a temperature of 5-25°C, avoiding direct sunlight
