We deliver TECHNICAL AND SCIENTIFIC SUPPORT FOR HEALTH AND GASTRONOMIC PROFESSIONALS, through our different business lines that cover training and consultancy, texturised and freeze-dried products, and the selling of cutting-edge kitchen equipment and appliances.

We also bridge the gap between suppliers and clients, who look for innovative and quality services or products.

  • To provide specialised training in the culinary field, a key factor for permanent reliability and evolution.
  • To offer technical and scientific backup in the health field and social sphere, by delivering specific products and training events.
  • To support projects of entrepreneurs and companies with a forward-looking approach.
  • To promote freeze-drying as a cooking key avant-garde element.
  • To supply products, innovative and high quality equipment and appliances for special eating needs.
  • To encourage global consciousness of gastronomy as an essential element for a healthy diet, in the name of the compulsary environmental sustainability.
  • To promote social projects within the culinary sector, that help solving social issues related to the different populations groups.

 

Our company social commitment approach:

  • To actively support social projects like the “Cooperative des Mamans de Ziguinchor” of the Diandé Africa association in Senegal, promoted by Georgina Regàs (Museu de la Confitura) with the aim of creating employment for the children’s mothers schooled through Diandé Africa.
  • To donate a percentage of the sale profits of our Töufood products to groups with special needs (care homes and medical centres).
