Cane sugar (Indonesia)
A natural product made from a special sugar cane plant, or rather from its juice. This type of sugar has a light, pleasant caramel flavour and a brown colour of various shades.
It is used as a sweetener for coffee and tea (the taste is preserved and a delicate aroma is formed), for making marinades for fish and baking meat, in the preparation of sweet pastries, cereals, milk soups, as a powder for pies and as a treat instead of sweets. It is a substitute for any sweetener.
