Pasteurisation preserves the characteristic sweet and sour rich flavour and deep colour of blackcurrant. In addition, pasteurisation extends the shelf life and preserves the quality of the product without loss of flavour. Pasteurised Caraman blackcurrant puree is perfect for making mousses, jellies, ice creams, sorbets, cake and pasta fillings, cakes, cocktails and sauces. The smooth texture of the puree makes it easy to combine with other ingredients. Caraman blackcurrant puree will give your desserts and drinks a natural berry flavour that goes well with many other ingredients, making them more expressive and rich.
Ingredients: black currant - 89.3%, sugar, ascorbic acid E300.
