Concentrated Bubblegum Gum Blue (Fruityland)
It is used as a flavouring additive in the manufacture of gelato, cakes, muffins, cheesecakes and other confectionery products to enhance taste, aroma and colour. It can be used to flavour candy fillings, marshmallows, layers, ganache.
Ingredients: molasses, glucose-fructose syrup, crystalline white sugar, prepared water, Tutti-Frutti flavouring, natural colouring agents: carmine, curcumin, potassium sorbate preservative.
Recommended dosage: 60-70g/kg. Stir well before use.
Shelf life and storage conditions: Bubble Gum food paste filler should be stored at a temperature of 0 to +25 0 C at a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
